Office Build-outs: What’s Involved, Exactly?

Turn-key commercial space is only as good as its ability to meet your every changing needs. You recognize that. You feel it every day, in fact. And it’s time for a change.

So you’re interested in office  build-outs. But you’re asking yourself, what exactly would the process be? What’s the magic number of steps involved in this tenant improvement, space modification or interior upgrade I’m looking for?

1. CONSULTATION.  TI Contractors consults with your architect, designer and landlord representative during all pre-construction planning to insure a coordinated approach to your tenant improvement project.
2. PROPOSAL. TI prepares a detailed proposal allowing its clients to control the budget of their project.

4. CONSTRUCTION. TI Contractors schedules to meet client job requirements including 24 hour per day built-out services.
5. SITE INSPECTION. TI  inspects all phases of the tenant improvement project to control quality while insuring timely professional build-out services
6. FINAL PUNCH LIST. Once those office build-outs are perfecto, TI  insures client satisfaction through the timely resolution of a detailed punch list for true turn-key service.
